Elektroinstallation für Heizungs- und Sanitärsanierung BA 1

Lots Lot 1 — Klinikum Nürnberg Nord - Haus 47 Sanitär- und Heizungssanierung - Elektroinstallation BA 3: Die Heizungs- und Sanitärsanierung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten während dem laufenden Betrieb. Hierzu werden die Räume der zu sanierenden Bauabschnitte je nach Anforderung entweder komplett oder abschnittsweise geräumt. In den Sanitärkernen wird die Elektroinstallation erneuert. Im Gebäude müssen bestehende Installationsverteiler ertüchtigt werden. Die Leistungen umfassen den Rückbau bestehender Installationen, die Anpassung vorhandener Verteilungen sowie die Erneuerung von ca.1500m Kabeln, Leitungen, Verlegesystemen und Installationsgeräten. Bestandteil sind außerdem die Lieferung und Montage von 117 LED-Leuchten, erforderliche Bohrungen und Durchbrüche, Brandschutzmaßnahmen sowie Baustelleneinrichtung und Baustromversorgung. Prüfungen, Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung und Revisionsdokumentation vervollständigen den Leistungsumfang.
