Details

Die Stadt Sindelfingen saniert die Tiefgarage unter dem Marktplatz (TGM). Durch die Sanierung der Tiefgaragendecke mit Erneuerung der Abdichtung wird die Oberfläche vollständig abgeräumt und ein Neubau erforderlich. Diese Chance soll genutzt werden, um in diesem Zuge auch die Marktplatzoberfläche selbst vollständig neuzugestalten. Im Zuge der städtischen Maßnahme planen die Stadtwerke außerdem die Erneuerung und Verlegungen mehrerer Sparten im Planungsbereich. Die Neugestaltung der Marktplatzoberfläche wird in 3 Bauabschnitten durchgeführt.
