Details
Die bestehende Schule wurde im Jahr 1930 errichtet und stellt einen historischen Gebäudebestand dar. Der geplante 2-geschossige Anbau entsteht auf dem westlichen, oberen Schulhofgelände. Ziel der Baumaßnahme ist die Erweiterung der vorhandenen Schulflächen zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Unterrichts- und Betreuungsräume. Der Neubau wird über einen Verbindungsgang mit dem Bestandsgebäude verbunden. Zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit wird zusätzlich eine Aufzugsanlage in massiver Bauweise in den Gebäudebestand integriert.
Lots Lot 1 — Offenes Verfahren: Raumlufttechnische Anlagen - Anbau Grundschule St. Engelbert: Art und Umfang der Leistung: Für die Erweiterung der St. Engelbertschule in Brilon ist eine zentrale Zu-/Abluftanlage zu kontrollierte Be- und Entlüftung von Klassen-, Gruppen- und Nebenräumen sowie den WC-Bereichen im Erd- und 1. Obergeschoss des Erweiterungsbaus. Die Lüftungsanlage ist zur Teilklimatisierung der Zuluft mit einer reversiblen Wärmepumpe sowie einem Rotationswärmetauscher ausgestattet. Teilmengen der Abluft aus den WC-Anlagen des 1. Obergeschosses werden direkt über Dach durch dezentrale Rohrventilatoren abgeführt. In Summe ergibt sich ein Zu-/Abluftvolumenstrom von 6.200 m3/h für den Erweiterungsbau. Die Installation erfolgt in Stahlblechkanälen bzw. Wickelfalzrohr. Kanal- und Rohrleitungsinstallationen außerhalb von Sichtbereichen, werden zuluftseitig mit Mineralwolle gedämmt.
