Lots Lot 1 — RB Jungfernheide, Neubau Labor, VE 22 Straßen- und Tiefbauarbeiten: Die Berliner Wasserbetriebe (BWB) planen am Standort Jungfernheide im Bezirk Spandau /Ortsteil Siemensstadt den Neubau mehrerer Gebäude. Die geplanten Neubaumaßnahmen an der Ecke Motardstraße / Rohrdamm umfassen ein 4-geschossiges, unterkellertes Laborgebäude sowie ein eingeschossiges Versorgungsgebäude. Am Standort Jungfernheide soll ein Zentrallabor entstehen, welches die derzeit dezentral in Berlin verteilten Labore unter einem Dach zusammenfasst. Zur Erschließung des Neubaus sind befestige Verkehrsflächen erforderlich sowie unmittelbar am Gebäude befestige Flächen, die lediglich fußläufig genutzt werden. Die Verkehrsflächen werden in Asphaltbauweise hergestellt, die Flächen zur fußläufigen Nutzung in ungebundener Bauweise mit Betonsteinpflaster. Die Verkehrsflächen beinhalten insgesamt - Herstellung Werkstrasse - 18 PKW-Stellplätze (inkl. 2 Stück barrierefrei sowie 4 Stück für E-Mobilität) - 24 überdachte Stellplätze für Fahrräder. Die Entwässerung der Verkehrsflächen erfolgt über den R-Kanal. In Teilen ist eine doppelwandige Ausbildung der Rohrleitung inkl. der zugehörigen Abläufe und Schächte erforderlich. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst Verkehrswegebauarbeiten und Entwässerungskanalarbeiten. Die Bauarbeiten finden bei laufendem Betrieb der Liegenschaft statt. Mengenansätze, alle Werte sind ca.-Werte: - 2.750 m² Asphaltstraße - 500 m² Betonsteinpflasterfläche - 520 m Granitbord - 1000 m Kabelschutzrohr - 14 Stück Mastleuchten - 175 m Doppelrohr PE für R-Kanal - 180 m Einzelrohr PP für R-Kanal - Stauraumkörper für Regenwasser, ca. 55 m³ - 13 Schachtbauwerke - 60 m Fassadenrinne - 3 Stück Fahrradüberdachungen, ca. 7,5 x 2,0 m - div. Ausstattungselemente (Poller, Bügel etc.), ca. 55 Stück
