Lots Lot 1 — Malerarbeiten Fassade BA2+3 (estimated 151805.08): Malerarbeiten an der Fassade der Basilika Klosteranlage Wiblingen Bei der Basilika handelt es sich um ein Kulturdenkmal von besonderer Bedeutung. Das Kirchengebäude wurde 1783 fertig gestellt und bildet das Zentrum der Klosteranlage Wiblingen. Im Rahmen der Gesamtsanierung des Kirchenbaus ist im Bauabschnitt (Chor mit Apsis) die Fassade sowie Fenster neu zu streichen. Die Ausführung erfolgt zeitlich versetzt - Querhaus: Frühjahr 2027; Sockel: Sommer 2027 Im Vorfeld wurde ein Muster zur Bestimmung der Ausführung sowie des Farbtons angelegt. Folgende Leistungen sind auszuführen: - Abdeckung von Bauteilen - Untergrund reinigen ca. 2.125 m2 - Grund-, 2-malige Zwischen- und Endbeschichtung mit Mineralfarbe ca. 1.820m2 - Absetzen von Traufgesims, Kapitelle, Pilaster etc. Ausführungszeit: - Beginn der Ausführung - KW 14/2027 - Vollendung der Leistung - KW 25/2027
