Lots Lot 1 — Besetzung eines Rettungswagens und Stellung eines Rettungswagenstandortes in Lüttringhausen: 1. Preis Grundbedarf (Personal) für 1 RTW pro Jahr zur Durchführung von Notfallrettung und Krankentransporten, Anforderungen an das Personal: siehe für die Einzelheiten in der Leistungsbeschreibung 2. Preis und Qualität bei Gestellung eines Rettungswagenstandortes pro Jahr, Anforderungen an den Rettungswagenstandort: Gebäude und Infrastruktur, Technische Versorgung und Ausfallsicherheit, Fahrzeug- und Materialverfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Resilienz, Betriebsorganisation, Einhaltung der DIN 13049 und 13277, keine wesentlichen funktionellen Einschränkungen auch bei längerem Stromausfall, Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz
