Details

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist ein Rahmenvertrag für die Durchführung des hydraulischen Abgleichs mittels eines dem Verfahren B gleichwertigen messtechnischen Verfahrens, einschließlich erforderlicher Anlagenanpassungen für die Bestände der STAT UND LAND und WoGeHe. Nach § 60c GMod sind neu errichtete wassergeführte Heizungsanlagen hydraulisch abzugleichen beziehungsweise hydraulisch zu optimieren. Für bestehende Heizungsanlagen ist eine hydraulische Optimierung durchzuführen, sofern im Rahmen der Überprüfung nach § 60b Gmod ein entsprechender Handlungs-bedarf festgestellt wird. Die Heizungsanlagen der STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH sowie der WoGeHe Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Hellersdorf mbH unterliegen entsprechend den gesetzlichen Anforderungen, soweit die Voraussetzungen der §§ 60b und 60c GMod erfüllt sind. Die im Rahmenvertrag vereinbarten Leistungen dienen der Erfüllung dieser gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen.
