Gegenstand sind Leistungen zur Unterstützung und Sicherstellung des Betriebs der bestehenden Telekommunikations-Infrastruktur (TK-Infrastruktur) des Rhein-Sieg-Kreises.

Lot 2 — Zentraler, georedundanter IP-Festnetzanschluss: Zentraler, georedundanter IP-Festnetzanschluss für einen hochverfügbaren und sicheren Zugang zum öffentlichen Telefonnetz am Hauptstandort Siegburg, einschließlich der Sicherstellung des Betriebs. Über den IP-Festnetzanschluss werden die Rufnummernblöcke aller Standorte des Auftraggebers geführt.
