Bauleistung für den Komplex Schönefeld 2027/28 bestehend aus dem Neubau ESTW-A Schönefeld (BFHS), Neubau Gleis 5, Gleis- und Weichenerneuerung. Los 1: Oberbau & Kabeltiefbau Los 2: Ausrüstungstechnik ESTW & Gleis 5 Los 3: OLA Das ESTW Schönefeld ist Voraussetzung für die ETCS-Ausrüstung im Korridor Erkner-Seddin. Die ETCS-Ausrüstung ist jedoch NICHT Bestandteil dieser Baumaßnahme. Das Gleis 5 (740m Nutzlänge, 4 neue Weichen) wird reaktiviert und gemeinsam mit dem ESTW in Betrieb genommen. Zeitgleich werden im Bahnhof Schönefeld 8 Weichen und ca. 2,5km Gleis erneuert.
