Beschafft werden die Sanitär und Heizungsanlagen für den Neubau der Oberschule Schmiedeberg gemäß LV Los 10.1, einschließlich Trinkwasser /Abwasserinstallation, 63 Stück Sanitärobjekte, Heizungsanlage mit 1740m² Fußbodenheizung, Rohrleitungsnetze sowie Wärmepumpe mit ca. 54 kW und Heizkessel/Spitzenlastkessel mit ca. 250 kW. Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfung und vollständige Dokumentation sind Bestandteil der Leistung.

Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung und Erweiterung Oberschule Schmiedeberg - Los 10.1 Heizung Sanitär: Die Wartung wird für eine Laufzeit von 4 Jahren ohne Anwendung eines Barwertfaktors bei der Angebotswertung berücksichtigt. Die Wartungssumme fließt in die Wertung der Angebote mit ein (4 Jahre). Ein nicht abgegebener Wartungspreis führt zum Ausschluss des Bieters. Die Auftragserteilung erfolgt unter der Voraussetzung, dass die Firma an den Angebotspreis für die Wartung bis zum Abschluss des Wartungsvertrages, gebunden bleibt. Der Wartungsvertrag beginnt nach der erfolgreichen und mängelfreien Abnahme der Bauleistung.
