Lots Lot 1 — V 32-26 KVV Fahrradvermietsystem: Das in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung adressierte Fahrradvermietsystem (FVS) zielt auf eine weitere Auflösung der Mobilitätsgrenzen ab, indem zusätzlich zu Bus und Bahn das Bike-Sharing als Säule im Verkehrsverbund bestehen bleiben soll. Der KVV beabsichtigt zudem das FVS nicht nur in Karlsruhe, sondern auch in weiten Teilen des Verbundgebiets zu etablieren und zu koordinieren. Konkret sind dies die Städte Ettlingen, Rastatt, Bruchsal, Baden-Baden und Rheinstetten. Für den KVV ist eine Einbindung des FVSs in den multimodalen Mobilitätsverbund das Ziel und die Bündelung aller Mobilitätsangebote in der Region auf einer einheitlichen Plattform. Der KVV will gemeinsam mit privaten Mobilitätsanbietern dem Kunden eine lückenlose und bedarfsgerechte Mobilitätskette aus einer Hand anbieten, so dass Kunden, Mobilitätsanbieter und nicht zuletzt die Umwelt gleichermaßen profitieren.
