Vom voraussichtlich 17.10.2026 Betriebsbeginn (ca. 3:00 Uhr) bis voraussichtlich zum 02.11.2026 Betriebsschluss (ca. 3:00 Uhr), wird der Streckenabschnitt der Linie 16 zwischen Köln Ubierring und Bonn Hbf in beiden Fahrtrichtungen gesperrt. Zur Aufrechterhaltung des Mobilitätsangebotes wird deshalb Schienenersatzverkehr (SEV) mit vom Auftragnehmer zu stellenden Gelenkomnibussen benötigt. Die Vergabe erfolgt in 3 Losen, die alle getrennt voneinander bezuschlagt werden.
