Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvereinbarung Softwareentw.- und Inbetriebnahmeleistungen für ISAR, aISAR und ISAR Statistics: Fraunhofer IIS sucht einen Auftragnehmer, der während der Vertragslaufzeit Softwareentwicklungs-, Wartungs-, Dokumentations-, Support- und Inbetriebnahmeleistungen im Zusammenhang mit den Produkten ISAR, aISAR und ISAR Statistics erbringt. Die Abteilung PMO bzw. der Bereich EZRT entwickelt seit über 25 Jahren die Software ISAR für die automatische Röntgenprüfung kontinuierlich weiter. Mehrere Anlagenintegratoren setzen ISAR ein und konstruieren als Partner Prüfsysteme, nehmen diese bei Endkunden in Betrieb und warten sie. Aufgrund technologischer Veränderungen sowie fortlaufender Funktionserweiterungen sind regelmäßig Anpassungen am Softwaresystem erforderlich. Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die bedarfsgerechte Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung, Wartung und Erweiterung der Software, bei Benutzeroberflächen, Anlagen- und Datenbankanbindungen, bei Supportfällen sowie bei der Pflege der Endanwenderdokumentation und bei Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort. Ziel ist die zuverlässige Verfügbarkeit qualifizierter Entwicklungs- und Inbetriebnahmekapazitäten während der Vertragslaufzeit. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in der Leistungsbeschreibung.
