Im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens wird ein Stück Aerosol-Jet-Printing-System ausgeschrieben.

Lots Lot 1 — Aerosol-Jet-Printing-System (OV, PR1207141) (estimated 252000.00): Die Gruppe Mikrosysteme, LTCC und HTCC des Fraunhofer IKTS ist spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung hoch-integrierter keramischer Mehrlagensysteme und die Funktionalisierung von Oberflächen für die Hochfrequenz-, Sensor- und Messtechnik. Ein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Additiven Fertigung elektronischer Strukturen auf komplexen 2D und 3D-Geometrien sowie der Integration passiver Komponenten. Um die Kompetenzen im Bereich des Digital Printing und der 3D-Systemintegration zu erweitern, soll im Rahmen des Beschaffungsvorhabens, dass durch eine Kofinanzierung der Europäischen Union finanziert wird (Förderkennzeichen EFRE InfraProNet 2021-2027, Antrag 100786592, Kontonummer 3001119322) ein Aerosol-Jet-Drucksystem auf Basis eines Ultraschall-Verneblers beschafft werden. Dieses System ist gezielt für die Erzeugung hochaufgelöster Strukturen mit exzellenter Kantenschärfe und hoher geometrischer Präzision vor-gesehen. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil liegt in der langen stabilen Druckdauer bei gleichzeitigem materialsparendem Prozess, was eine wirtschaftliche und reproduzierbare Fertigung kleinster Funktionsstrukturen ermöglicht.
