Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von Touch-All-in-One-PCs einschließlich Betriebssystemlizenzen, Zubehörteile und Dienstleistungen.

Lots Lot 1 — Touch-All-in-One-PCsfür den professionellen Einsatz in medizinischen bzw. klinischen Umgebungen: Die Geräte sind für Arbeitsplätze in verschiedenen klinischen Bereichen vorgesehen, insbesondere auf Intensivstationen, im Bereich OP/Anästhesie sowie in weiteren Überwachungseinheiten. Ziel der Beschaffung ist es, dem ärztlichen und pflegerischen Personal einen zuverlässigen Zugriff auf die benötigten klinischen Anwendungen am jeweiligen Arbeitsplatz zu ermöglichen. Die Geräte müssen für den patientennahen Einsatz, den Dauerbetrieb im klinischen Umfeld sowie die regelmäßige Reinigung und Desinfektion entsprechend den im Leistungsverzeichnis festgelegten Anforderungen geeignet sein (Details siehe Vergabeunterlagen Dokument "HKL-KHZF-511.01_AiO-PC 1.0 LV"). Der Auftragnehmer stellt die Entgegennahme der Speditionslieferung durch eigenes oder von ihm beauftragtes Personal sicher. Er verantwortet die Entladung und den Transport bis zur vereinbarten Übergabestelle. Vor der Übergabe an den Auftraggeber sind die gelieferten Geräte und Komponenten auf Vollständigkeit und äußerlich erkennbare Beschädigungen zu prüfen. Zusätzlich ist vor Ort eine Funktionsprüfung der Geräte durchzuführen. Die Übergabe erfolgt in ordnungsgemäßem und funktionsfähigem Zustand.
