Lots Lot 1 — 65_Neues Rathaus Dresden_FL 3845 Abbrucharbeiten Glasdach Hof B (estimated 126656.29): Art und Umfang der Leistung : Rückbau eines Glasdaches auf Innenhof im Neuen Rathaus Dresden, geneigtes Walmdach, Stahltragwerk, Eindeckung Drahtglas, Randbereich Zinkblech Stehfalzdeckung, Unterdecke, Lichtdecke aus Polycarbonat Steckplatten, umlaufendes Putzfries auf Putzträger abgehangen. Grundfläche Glasdach ca. 670m². Ausführung von bauseits hergestellter Arbeitsebene auf Modul- und Fassadengerüst Besonderheiten : Die Baustelle befindet sich in der Innenstadt und ist von öffentlichen Verkehrsflächen umgeben. Während der Bauarbeiten wird das Rathaus im östlichen Teil weiter genutzt, es findet Verwaltungstätigkeit und Besucherverkehr statt. +++Folgende Unterlagen sind auf gesondertes Verlangen der Vergabestelle vorzulegen: - Urkalkulation Inhalt der Urkalkulation: Diese ist mindestens gemäß dem Inhalt nach Formblatt 223 - Aufgliederung der Einheitspreise von ALLEN Positionen zu erstellen, d. h.: LV-Position; Kurzbezeichnung; Menge; Mengeneinheit; Zeitansatz; Teilkosten einschl. Zusätze in Euro je Mengeneinheit (Löhne, Stoffe, Geräte, Sonstiges); angebotener Einheitspreis (Summe Löhne, Stoffe, Geräte, Sonstiges).+++ +++ Weitere Vertragsfristen siehe Vergabeunterlagen +++ +++Das ausgefüllte Entsorgungskonzept ist spätestens 14 Tage nach Zuschlagserteilung dem Auftraggeber vorzulegen.+++
