Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit bis zu zwei Wirtschaftsteilnehmern ohne Begründung einer Abnahmeverpflichtung zur Deckung noch nicht detailliert plan- und konkretisierbarer Beschaffungsbedarfe der Bezugsberechtigten an unterschiedlichsten, fabrikneuen Produkten für Bürger-/Besucherleitsysteme in unterschiedlichen Ausstattungen und technischen Funktionen einschließlich optionaler Wartung, Services und ergänzenden Vertragsleistungen.

Lots Lot 1 — Technik für Besucherleitsystem 2026: Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand umfasst den Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit bis zu zwei (2) Wirtschaftsteilnehmern mit der Absicht den Bedarf von Technik (z. B. Bürgerterminals) bei der softwareseitigen Unterstützung von Terminverwaltung/Bürger-/Besucherleitsystemen in unterschiedlichen Ausstattungen und technischen Funktionen der Bezugsberechtigten zu decken. Die ekom21 setzt für ihre Kunden die Software "VOIS|TEVIS" (Bürger- und Besucherleitsystem) ein. Diese Software wird als Organisationswerkzeug genutzt, das u. a. eine Terminverwaltung für Kommunen, bürgerfreundliche Services wie z. B. Benutzung eines Bürger-/Besucherleitsystem mittels unterschiedlicher Möglichkeiten von Aufrufsystemen/Leitsystemen oder eine Online-Terminvergabe über die Homepage der Kommune ermöglicht. Die ausgeschriebenen Technikkomponenten müssen daher kompatibel zu VOIS|TEVIS sein. Über die Regelaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung ist ein Höchstwert von 500.000,00 Euro (netto) festgesetzt. Der Höchstwert basiert auf den Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre einschließlich geschätzter Mehrbedarfe.
