Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere Aufbau, Werks- und Standortabnahme, Einweisung sowie Garantie, Wartung, Kalibrierung und Support für zwei Jahre nach Inbetriebnahme.

Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung einer Ultraschallanlage mit rotierendem Ultraschallsystem: Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme einer individuell für die Modellfabrik Papier gGmbH zu fertigenden Ultraschallanlage mit rotierendem Ultraschallsystem. Die Anlage dient der kontinuierlichen Bearbeitung bahnförmiger Materialien. Sie umfasst insbesondere zwei rotierende Ultraschallsysteme mit 20 kHz und einer Leistung von jeweils maximal 4 kW, eine Arbeitsbreite von 400 bis 500 mm, einen Geschwindigkeitsbereich von 0,5 bis 30 m/min, einen einstellbaren Anpressdruck von 0 bis 20 kN, wechselbare Gegenwalzensysteme, einen Schaltschrank, ein eigenständiges Bedienpult sowie eine Anbindung über Modbus TCP. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören außerdem Lieferung und Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung des Bedienpersonals, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Werks- und Standortabnahme sowie Garantie, Wartung, Kalibrierung und Support für zwei Jahre nach Inbetriebnahme.
