Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena beabsichtigt für Ihre wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit die Anschaffung einer chemisch-mechanischen Poliermaschine (CMP) für das Polieren von Halbleiter- und Dielektrikaoberflächen für optische Anwendungen. Sie muss für Probengrößen bis hin zu Wafern (Halbleiterscheiben) mit Durchmessern von bis zu 100 Millimeter geeignet sein, Rauigkeiten kleiner als 1 Nanometer (RMS-Rauigkeit) erreichen können. Daraus ergeben sich folgende Mindestanforderungen: siehe Anlage 2 Die Vergabestelle behält sich vor Angebote über einem Gesamtauftragswert von 225.000,00 Euro netto von der Wertung auszuschließen. Liegen alle Angebote über dieser Grenze, ist die Vergabestel-le berechtig die Ausschreibung aufzuheben.
