Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Kita und Schulbetreuungszentrum Langwiesenweg - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung: Die Stadt Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe beabsichtigt im Ortsteil Ober-Eschbach den Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte mit integrierter Schulbetreuung. Die Kindertagesstätte soll zukünftig vier Kindergartengruppen beherbergen. Pro Gruppenraum ist je ein Differenzierungsraum einzuplanen. Des Weiteren sind Mehrzweckraum, Cafeteria, Sanitärräume, Büro- und Personalräume, Garderoben und Lagerräume sowie ein Küchentrakt mit entsprechenden Lager- und Nebenräumen vorzusehen. Im Bereich der Schulbetreuung sollen drei Gruppenräume und drei Intensivräume realisiert werden. Für diesen Bereich der Einrichtung sind außerdem Multifunktionsraum, Sanitärbereiche, Büro- und Personalräume sowie Teeküche, Garderoben und Lagerräume vorzusehen. Die oben beschriebenen Nutzungen werden in einem gemeinsamen Gebäude untergebracht. Das zweigeschossige Gebäude wird in Massivbauweise nicht unterkellert errichtet.
