Lots Lot 1 — 70-00511-2370-C Tragwerksplanung - PR1258600 -2370-B: Das Parkhaus am Fraunhofer IZS wird umfassend saniert und modernisiert, um Sicherheit, Funktionalität und Zukunftsfähigkeit zu erhöhen. Geplant sind eine durchgängige Brandmeldeüberwachung mit Aufschaltung zur Pforte, neue Brandschottungen, eine Brandmeldeanlage sowie der Rückbau und Neubau der Treppenanlage an der Nordwestseite. Zudem werden Allgemein- und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung erneuert, Boden mit Schutzanstrichen versehen und die oberste Parkebene für eine PV-Überdachung vorbereitet. Zusätzlich wird ein Research-Dock als Basis für Labormodule eingerichtet, wofür Strom, Netzwerk, verlegt und das Geländer auf Ebene 4 angepasst werden. Tragwerksplanerisch: Prüfung, Planung und ggf. Anpassung der baulichen Tragfähigkeit sowie Vorbereitung einer Unterkonstruktion zur Befestigung von PV-Anlagen.
