DIN EN 81-20:2020, DIN EN 81-50:2020 und die Aufzugsrichtlinie 2014/33/EU sind zu beachten. Die Schallschutzanforderungen gemäß DIN 8989 sind einzuhalten. Das Leistungsverzeichnis besteht aus zwei Teilen Teil 1: Lieferung und Montage Teil 2: Wartung und Inspektion Beide Teile gehen zusammen in die wirtschaftliche Prüfung der Angebote ein. Die Auftragsvergabe erfolgt getrennt. Der Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsvertrag wird für die Gewährleistungszeit gewertet. Die Wartung wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt gesondert durch den Auftraggeber, zu den angebotenen Konditionen beauftragt.
