Lots Lot 1 — Verbauarbeiten, Abbrucharbeiten KG, Sicherung Versorgungsleitung: Totalabbruch des Bestandsgebäudes „Alte Zollhaus“ zur Errichtung eines Funktionsgebäudes für die Bad Hersfelder Festspiele. Das Zollgebäude wurde 1950 errichtet. Das Gebäude ist ca. 38 m lang und ca. 10 m breit. Oberirdisch ist das Gebäude bereits abgebrochen. Abbruch Außentreppen und eventuell Pflaster, Sicherung Straße und Kanal, Abbruch Kelleraußenwände inkl. Streifenfundamenten, Abbruch Betongewölbe des Bunkers mit Stemmen und eventuell Betonsägearbeiten Aufgrund der sehr beengten Platzverhältnisse im innerstädtischen Bereich und durch die Geometrie der Zufahrten ist nur eingeschränkt Fahrzeugverkehr auf der Baustelle möglich. Wesentlicher Bestandteil der Maßnahme sind die Sicherung der Versorgungsleitungen im Baufeld, neue Übergabeschächte, der Abbruch KG Unterirdisch sowie der Verbau und die Baugrube. Die nachfolgend beschriebenen Leistungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen ATV DIN18300 Erdarbeiten ATV DIN18301 Bohrarbeiten ATV DIN18302 Tiefbauarbeiten ATV DIN18330 Mauerarbeiten ATV DIN18459 Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten Diese Auflistung ist nicht abschließend.
