Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung inklusive Umwelthaftpflicht- und Umweltschadenrisiken für die Versuchsanstalt auf dem Gebiet der Luft- und Raumfahrt, Unterhaltung von Forschungsinstituten und sonstigen Forschungseinrichtungen, Planung und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten einschließlich der damit verbundenen Entwicklungs- und Betriebsaufgaben; Durchführung von Veranstaltungen; Nähere Informationen siehe Mustervertrag (welcher das Leistungsverzeichnis darstellt). Beginn Ausführungsfrist: 01.01.2027 0 Uhr bis 01.01.2028 0 Uhr. Die Erst-Laufzeit des Rahmenvertrages beträgt 12 Monate. Das Vertragsverhältnis verlängert sich nach dem 01.01.2028 jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr, wenn keine form- und fristgerechte Kündigung erfolgt. Es endet jedoch spätestens am 01.01.2031, 0 Uhr, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf.
