Details

Der Revierpark Vonderort, Bottroper Straße 350, Oberhausen, entstand 1974 als dritter von insgesamt fünf Revierparks im Ruhrgebiet und wurde zusammen mit dem dortigen Schwimmbad eröffnet. Die Badelandschaft wurde in den 90er Jahren zum Solebad Vonderort umgestaltet und später um die Saunalandschaft erweitert. Das Solebad ist wegen des nicht mehr nutzbaren Solebeckens seit August 2019 außer Betrieb. Seitdem ist das Solebad geschlossen. Die Bausubstanz der Badanlage weist altersbedingt erhebliche Mängel auf und ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Stadt hat sich an dem Projektaufruf des Bundesprogramms "Sanierung kommunaler Einrichtungen in Bereichen Sport, Jugend, und Kultur" 2023 des Bundesministeriums für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen mit dem Projekt "Sanierung und Erweiterung des Hallenbades im Revierpark Vonderort in Oberhausen" beteiligt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Planung von Freianlagen gemäß § 39 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 11 Nr. 11.1 zur HOAI.

Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung Schwimmbad Revierpark Vonderort - Freianlagenplanung Los 2: Vergeben werden Planungsleistungen der Landschaftsarchitektur nach der Generalsanierung des Freizeitbades und der Außenbeckenneukonfiguration unter Berücksichtigung der angrenzenden Freibadflächen und Saunagartenlandschaft, betreffend Los 2. Bestandteile der Leistungserbringung sind: - Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9 des Leistungsbildes Freianlagenplanung gemäß § 39 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 11 Nr. 11.1 zur HOAI - Besondere Leistungen: o örtliche Aufnahme der Bestandsflächen der Sauna und der Pergola zur Integration in die Planung in der LPH 1 o Erstellung eines koordinierten Leitungsplans mit Kollisionsprüfung in der LPH 5 o Vollständige Koordination der Erdarbeiten für die Badewasser- und Entwässerungsleitungen in der LPH 8
