Im Rahmen der Sanierung des Freibades Eschbachtal werden Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten für die Erstellung neuer Eingangs-, Technik- und Schwimmmeistergebäude notwendig. Die Arbeiten werden an verschiedenen Stellen auf dem Baugelände, zu verschiedenen Zeiten ausgeführt und sind in drei Bauabschnitte aufgeteilt und den einzelnen Bauphasen angepasst. Mehrfache An- und Abfahrten werden notwendig. Die Baustelleneinrichtung für die eigene Leistung ist inkludiert.
