Lots Lot 1 — Fensterrestaurierung Jeckel-Areal: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Fensterrestaurierungsarbeiten am Haupthaus aus dem Jahr 1736 sowie der rückwärtigegn Hauskapelle aus dem 18. Jhd. In städtebauliche herausfordernder Altstadtlage soll an Fenstern aus verschiedenen Epochen gearbeitet werden. Alle Arbeiten finden im denkmalgeschützten Bestand statt und müssen von entsprechend geschultem Personal (Restaurator im Handwerk) durchgeführt werden.
