Der Sammlungsbau wird im Rahmen der Sanierung brandschutztechnisch ertüchtigt, die Infrastruktur sowie die technische Gebäudeausrüstung saniert bzw. weitgehend erneuert. Die Ausstellungen werden inhaltlich, medial und gestalterisch neu gestaltet oder aktualisiert und entsprechend den neu entwickelten Ausstellungsclustern im Sammlungsbau angeordnet. Lots Lot 1 — TPB.362.06 Schreinerarbeiten Gastronomie: Anfertigung und feste, betriebsfeste Montage vor Ort (u. a. raumtrennende Wände, Wand- und Nischenverkleidungen, fest montierte Sitzbänke, Theken- und Kühlregalverkleidungen sowie Anpassungsarbeiten vor Ort mit Aufmaß). Zusätzlich bauliche Tätigkeiten wie die Errichtung von Trockenbau-Trennwänden, Verspachteln/Schleifen, der Einbau von Hirnholzparkett inklusive Untergrundvorbereitung und Vollverklebung sowie Montage- und Schutzmaßnahmen.
