Die BARMER, eine der führenden gesetzlichen Krankenkassen in Deutschland, plant unter der Bezeichnung "Sanierung Campus Wuppertal" eine umfassende Sanierung ihrer Hauptverwaltungsgebäude in Wuppertal. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabeeinheit (VE) 323 Schreiner (Einbauten).

Lots Lot 1 — Sanierung Campus Wuppertal; VE323 Schreiner: Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags VE 323 Schreiner (Einbauten) sind Leistungen des Innenausbaus auf einer Fläche von insgesamt ca. 2.500 m², verteilt auf fünf Etagen. Der Auftrag umfasst folgende Leistungen: - Schreinerarbeiten / Tischlerarbeiten ; - Vorhangarbeiten ; - Fliesenarbeiten (Wandfliesen); - Lieferung und Montage von dekorativer Beleuchtung. Leistungsumfang im Einzelnen: 1 Empfangsbereich, Lobby, Wartebereich; 1 Veranstaltungsbereich; 11 Marktplätze inkl. Pantrys; 1 Eventküche; 1 Vorstandsteeküche; 1 Casino - Kantine, 1 Coworking Bereich. Prägende Einbauten sind: Empfangstresen, Raumtrenner fest und mobil, Sitzmöbel, Wandbekleidungen, Bühnenpodeste, Kaffeebar, Gastroeinbauten, Baffel-Decken, Pantrys, Schrankeinbauten inkl. Sitznischen, elektrische gesteuerte Vorhänge, Vorhang-Raumtrenner. Die Leistungen sind im Zeitraum vom 26.07.2027 - 03.12.2027 auszuführen.
