Lots Lot 1 — Möbeltischler, Neues Palais, Neugestaltung Besucherempfang: Gegenstand des Projekts sind die Neugestaltung des Besuchereingangs und der sanitären Einrichtungen mit barrierefreier Zugänglichkeit im Neuen Palais. Im Rahmen dieser Vergabeeinheit sind hochwertige Tischler- und Möbelbauarbeiten im denkmalgeschützten Bestand herzustellen, zu liefern und zu montieren. Wesentliche Leistungen sind: - Maßgefertigte Tresen- und Ausgabemöbel für Museumseinlass, Multimedia-Guide-Ausgabe, Theaterkasse, Pausenbuffet und Theatergarderobe einschließlich technischer Einbauten und verdeckter Leitungsführung - Freistehendes Präsentationsmöbel für den Museumsshop mit Vitrinen, Polster-, Beleuchtungs- und Technikvorbereitung - Garderoben- und Schrankanlagen, Sideboard, Reihengarderobenständer, Trolleys sowie weitere Sondermöbel - Messingbelegte Randprofile mit integrierter Sicherheitsbeleuchtung sowie ergänzende Schutz-, Berührungs- und Bodenschutzelemente - WC-Trennwandanlagen mit insgesamt 7 Kabinen, Schamwände sowie maßgefertigte WC-Möblierungen und Sitznische - Freistehende Infostelen mit Messingverkleidung und gefräster Signaletik - Maßgefertigte Tische, Stühle, Stehhilfen und Sitzbänke für Besucher-, Aufenthalts- und Pausenbereiche - Maßgefertigte Teeküche mit Sitznische, Beleuchtung, Einbauten und Technikvorbereitung - Erstellung einer vollständigen Werk- und Montageplanung für die ausgeschriebenen Bauteile einschließlich Detailanschlüssen, Maß- und Befestigungsangaben sowie Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Gewerken.
