Die Baustelle befindet sich in der Stadtstraße "Grabenstraße" Hausnummer 39 bis 43 und ist über diese auch erschlossen. Im Gewerkelos 23 ist die vorhandene Holztreppe vom 1. Obergeschoss zum Dachgeschoss einschl. einer Holzwand sowie aller Handläufe in den beiden Treppenhäusern des Gebäudes herzustellen, zu liefern und einzubauen Folgende Leistungen sind im Los 23- Tischlerarbeiten Holztreppe 1.OG / DG zu erbringen: 1 St Holztreppe mit 11 Stg und 13 Stg ausbauen 12 m2 Holztrennwand ausbauen 6,5 m2 Podestbelag ausbauen 1 St Holztreppe, gerade mit 11 Stg, 1-läufig herstellen 1 St Holztreppe, gerade mit 13 Stg, 1-läufig herstellen 5 m2 Holztrennwand herstellen 194 m Treppenhandlauf aus Holz, Eiche herstellen 6,5 m2 Podestbelag herstellen 21,5 m2 Oberflächenbehandlung für Trittstufen und Podestbelag herstellen 47,5 m2 Oberflächenbehandlung der Restflächen herstellen 198,5 m Oberflächenbehandlung Handlauf herstellen
