Lots Lot 1 — Los 120 Gerüstbauarbeiten: Es werden Gerüstbauarbeiten folgenden Umfangs ausgeschrieben: - 3900 m2 Fassadengerüst, längenorientiert, Arbeits- und Schutzgerüst SW09, 3 kN/m2; - 5155 m2 Fassadengerüst, längenorientiert, Arbeits- und Schutzgerüst SW06, 2 kN/m2; - 460 m Dachfanggerüst; - 1880 m Belagsverbreiterungen B 0,3m-1m; - 1840 m wandseitiger Seitenschutz; - 27 St. Gitterträger 5-12m; - 1 St Absetzpodest 4,5 kN/m2; - 1 St Materialaufzug 500kg; - 8 St Treppenaufgänge einläufig; - 1 St Flucht- und Rettungsweg gegenläufig; - 205 m3 Raumgerüst 2 kN/m2. Das Fassadengerüst weicht von der Regelausführung Systemgerüste für Fassaden sowie Arbeits- und Schutzgerüste ab ( Verankerung am Gebäude unregelmäßig, Überbrückungen an Gebäudeinnen - und Außenecken, Dachfanggerüste an Höhenversatz Dachtraufen und Gauben) . Es ist für das Gerüst oder einzelne Bereiche eine Festigkeits- und Standsicherheitsberechnung vorzunehmen (Gerüststatik). Die notwendige statische Berechnung ist Teil der Ausschreibung.
