Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über die Bereitstellung von gebrauchten Microsoft-Lizenzen zur Deckung des Bedarfs des Auftraggebers. Der Auftragnehmer stellt die Leistung vollständig und funktionsfähig bereit und hält die geltenden gesetzlichen sowie technischen Vorgaben ein. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine betriebsbereite Lösung mit allen zur Nutzung erforderlichen Bestandteilen.

Lots Lot 1 — Beschaffung von gebrauchten Microsoft-Lizenzen (estimated 550000): Gegenstand ist die einmalige Lieferung und rechtswirksame Übertragung gebrauchter, zeitlich unbefristeter Microsoft-Volumenlizenz-Nutzungsrechte. Vorrang haben nachprüfbare Herkunft, wirksame Rechteübertragung, dauerhafte Nutzbarkeit und Auditfähigkeit. Es werden ausschließlich gebrauchte Lizenzen beschafft; Miet-, Abonnement-, Cloud- und Neulizenzen sind nicht zugelassen. Die Übertragung muss für die konkrete Lizenzart rechtlich zulässig sein. Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Remote Desktop Services Device CAL, gebraucht, dauerhaft, inklusive nachgewiesener anwendbarer Downgrade-Rechte Menge 2.500 Stk Einheit CAL Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2025, 16-Core-Lizenzpaket, gebraucht, dauerhaft, inklusive nachgewiesener anwendbarer Downgrade-Rechte Menge 94 Stk Einheit Paket Microsoft Windows Server Standard 2025, 16-Core-Lizenzpaket, gebraucht, dauerhaft, inklusive nachgewiesener anwendbarer Downgrade-Rechte Menge 7 Stk Einheit Paket Die genannten Produktbezeichnungen definieren die bestehende Microsoft-Systemumgebung und erforderliche Kompatibilität; der Zusatz „oder gleichwertig“ ist vergaberechtlich durch die Vergabestelle anhand der technischen Rahmenbedingungen zu prüfen. Core-Mindestlizenzierung pro physischem Server und etwaige zusätzliche CAL-Bedarfe sind nicht Gegenstand einer gesonderten Bedarfsvalidierung dieses LV.
