Die Lösung muss die im Lastenheft beschriebenen Anforderungen an Cloud-Betrieb, Microsoft-Teams-Integration, Telekom CompanyFlex, Vermittlungs- und Contact-Center-Funktionen, Administration, Sicherheit, Datenschutz, Dokumentation und Abnahme erfüllen. Die Vergabeunterlage besteht aus Leistungsverzeichnis und Bieterformular.
