Bereitstellung von Hochgeschwindigkeits-verbindungen auf der Basis von Dark-Fibre

Lots Lot 1 — LWL-Hochgeschwindigkeitsanbindungen Mainz 2026: Der Bieter hat seinem Angebot eine Planung der vorgesehenen Trassenführung beizulegen. Nach Vertragsschluss und Umsetzung der geforderten Anbindungen hat der Bieter die Trassenführung gegenüber dem öffentlichen Auftraggeber ausführlich zu dokumentieren. Der den Zuschlag erhaltende Bieter ist verpflichtet, vor Beginn der Realisierung die geplante Trassenführung erneut dem Auftraggeber vorzulegen. Sofern und soweit der Auftraggeber zur Vermeidung von Überschneidungen mit bestehenden Datenkommunikationsverbindungen eine andere Trassenführung wünscht, ist der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet, diesem Wunsch nachzukommen. Führt dies zu erhöhten Kosten beim Auftragnehmer werden diese auf Basis der sodann offen zu legenden kalkulatorischen Grundlagen des Angebots zur vorliegenden Ausschreibung vergütet.
