Lots Lot 1 — Erneuerung und Erweiterung einer MOVPE-Anlage für III-Nitrid und 2D-Halbleiter: 1. Allgemeine Beschreibung: Die Universität Duisburg-Essen erforscht Materialien, Halbleitertechnologien und Modulintegration für Anwendungen in der Höchstfrequenzelektronik und in der Optoelektronik. Zur Durchführung der Forschungsarbeiten wird eine durchgängige Prozesslinie in einem Reinraum bis Klasse 5 (ISO 14644-1) betrieben. Zur Herstellung von III-Nitrid Halbleiter Bauelementen muss die vorhandene Anlage zur metallorganischen Gasphasenepitaxie (MOVPE) der Firma Aixtron (Seriennummer CS17580) für aktuelle und kommende Forschungsprojekte teilweise erneuert und erweitert werden. Erneuert werden folgende Komponenten: - Die Prozesspumpe - Der Showerhead Gaseinlass - 4x Rückschlagventile Die Erweiterung umfasst Leitungen für die Quellmaterialien Triethylboran und Ethen, welche in die Anlage integriert werden müssen. Dazu sind für jedes Material entsprechende Arbeiten am Gasversorgungssystem (engl. gas panel) durchzuführen. Die Materialien werden durch entsprechende Fluss- und Druckregler kontrolliert in den Reaktor geführt (detailliert in der technischen Beschreibung aufgeführt).
