Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvertrag Server, Storage, Software: Der Dienstleister übernimmt die Lieferung und Wartung von Storagesystemen und Storage-Switchen der Firma Huawei. Alle Leistungen müssen bestimmten technischen Anforderungen entsprechen und innerhalb vereinbarter Service Level erbracht werden. Im vorliegenden Fall ist die Festlegung auf genannte Hersteller sachlich erforderlich, da im Falle der Zulassung anderer Hersteller, eine sehr kostenintensive Umstellung der IT-Landschaft vorgenommen werden müsste.
