ALKIS Verfahrenslösung (Amtliches Liegenschaftskataster Informationssystem)

Lots Lot 1 — ALKIS Verfahrenslösung: Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die Vergabe einer ALKIS (Amtliches Liegenschaftskataster Informationssystem) Verfahrenslösung für den Fachbereich Geoinformation und Stadtplanung der Stadt Mannheim. Das Verfahren ALKIS (Amtliches Liegenschaftskataster Informationssystem) zur Führung und Bereitstellung der Daten ist für sich gesehen ein großes und umfassendes Digitalisierungsprojekt im Rahmen des E-Government. Für die Führung der Daten des Liegenschaftskatasters werden bisher die Softwareprodukte (3A Produktlinie) der Firma VertiGIS eingesetzt. Diese Produktlinie nutzt als GIS Komponente Arc-Map/Arc-Gis der Firma ESRI. Aufgrund der Aufkündigung der Wartung zum 31.12.2027 des bisherigen Anbieters wird im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung ein passendes Nachfolgeprodukt gesucht. Es handelt sich um eine Softwarelösung, für welche jährliche Lizenzen angemietet werden. Hinzu kommen einmalige externe Beratungskosten (Projektplanung und -koordination, Einrichtung einer Primär- und Sekundärdatenbank, Einrichtung NBA-Verfahren, Anpassungen an die Infrastruktur der Stadt Mannheim etc.. Darüber hinaus müssen die Mitarbeiter noch geschult werden.
