Lots Lot 1 — Neubau eines Hafens für die Fahrgastschifffahrt (Hafen Steinmole) - Los 02: Ingenieurbauwerke: Die Stadt Waren beabsichtigt die Planung und Realisierung zum Neubau eines Hafens für die Fahrgastschifffahrt und Freiflächengestaltung an der Steinmole in Waren (Müritz). Der Neubau, der Hafenanlagen besteht darin durch eine vorgestreckte Mole auf der westlichen Seite das vorhandene Hafenbecken zu erweitern und die Anlegebedingungen zu verbessern, gleichzeitig damit die Anlegekapazität für die Fahrgastschifffahrt zu erhöhen, um den Stadthafen von der Fahrgastschifffahrt zu entlasten. Dafür sind die Kaianlagen zu ertüchtigen bzw. zu erneuern und deren Ver- und Entsorgungseinrichtungen komplett neu aufzubauen. Die Oberfläche der Geh- und Flanierbereiche sowie die Gestaltung der Funktionsräume und der Freianlagen im gesamten Hafengebiet sind umfassend zu erneuern und damit neu zu prägen. Auszuführende Leistungen: - Teilrückbau bestehender Stahlspundwände - Rückbau Wasserstahlbauteile (Dalben, ...) - Stahlspundwände herstellen - Passive Rückhaltekonstruktion für Stahlspundwände - Nassbaggerarbeiten und Bodenverdichtung - Pfahlbauwerk (Stahlpfähle, Fertigteile, Ortbeton, ...) - Gehwegbrücke (Fertigteile, Ortbeton, ...) - Spundwandholm - Granitsitzblockreihe mit Geländer
