Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über 48 Monate ab Zuschlagserteilung über die Lieferung von Einsatzschnürstiefeln für die Polizei Rheinland-Pfalz.

Lots Lot 1 — Einsatzschnürstiefel - Polizei Rheinland-Pfalz: Es wird dem Auftragnehmer während der Vertragslaufzeit eine Mindestabnahmemenge (2.000 Paar Einsatzschnürstiefel in Passform "medium" bzw. "regular") garantiert: 500 Paar in 2027 500 Paar in 2028 500 Paar in 2029 500 Paar in 2030 Auf die Abnahme dieser Mindestmengen hat der Auftragnehmer einen Anspruch. Der Auftraggeber hat dagegen Anspruch auf die Lieferung darüber hinaus gehender Mengen zu den vereinbarten Konditionen. Optionale Abnahmemengen: 700 Paar in 2027 700 Paar in 2028 700 Paar in 2029 700 Paar in 2030 Eine Verpflichtung des Auftraggebers zur Inanspruchnahme der optionalen Abnahmemenge besteht nicht.
