Lots Lot 1 — Gotha, Schloss Friedenstein, TP II.1 Westflügel, Teilbereiche Westturm, Notsicherungen - VE 13.2 Demontage/Verpackung/Einlagerung von Holzfußböden (2. BA): Aufgrund starker Schäden am Tragwerk müssen für die nachfolgenden statischen Ertüchtigungen die hölzernen Bodenbeläge des Westflügels von Schloss Friedenstein aufgenommen und zwischengelagert werden. Gegenstand vorliegender Ausschreibung sind die hochwertigen, klassizistischen Parkette mit Randstreifen inklusive zugehöriger Blindböden in einem Teilbereich der Raumfolge der Prunkräume des 2. Obergeschosses. Vorbereitend sind Teilflächen der gefassten Sockelleisten und Wandpaneele zu demontieren. Wesentliche Inhalte des vorliegenden Leistungsverzeichnisses sind die restauratorische, substanzschonende Demontage von Böden, die Reinigung, die Kennzeichnung mit Nummerierung und Verortung der Ausbauelemente in Kartierungen, die Dokumentation des Bestands und der durchgeführten Maßnahmen sowie die Verpackung und temporäre Einlagerung der entstehenden Einzelelemente. Weiterhin sind bereits eingelagerte Elemente umzulagern. Transportleistungen (hausintern und in ein externes Depot in Thüringen) sind Teil des Auftrags. Die Leistungen sind, gestaffelt nach Raumbereichen, im Zeitraum 01/2027 bis 04/2027 zu erbringen. Bearbeitungsmengen: Parkettböden gesamt: ca. 435 qm (hiervon ca. 21 qm bereits ausgebaut); Blindböden gesamt: ca. 438 qm (hiervon ca. 45 qm bereits ausgebaut). Wandpaneel gesamt: ca. 162 lfd. m (hiervon ca. 14 lfd. m bereits ausgebaut); Sockelleisten gesamt: ca. 197 lfd. m (hiervon ca. 63 lfd. m bereits ausgebaut).
