Lots Lot 1 — Herrichtung ehem. Bundesbankgebäude; Rathaus Hopfenstraße - Rückbau Kühltürme und NEA; Erneuerung der Netzersatzanlage: Im Rathaus Hopfenstraße wurde die Bestands-NEA einschließlich der Steuerung außer Betrieb genommen. Für eine Übergangszeit wurde im Innenhof eine provisorische Netzersatzanlage installiert. Die ursprüngliche Bestands-Netzersatzanlage befindet sich im 2. UG und wurde ursprünglich über externe Kühltürme wassergekühlt. Aufgrund der reduzierten Leistungsanforderungen infolge der Umstrukturierung der Ersatzstromversorgung ist zukünftig eine Netzersatzanlage mit einer Leistung von 250 kVA ausreichend. Die Leistung ist insbesondere für die Versorgung des Rechenzentrums sowie die sichere Auslösung der nachgeordneten Schutzeinrichtungen dimensioniert. Die hierfür erforderlichen Anpassungen an der Schaltanlage wurden bereits im Rahmen einer Vorabmaßnahme ausgeführt. Da eine luftgekühlte Anlage im 2. UG aus lüftungstechnischen Gründen nicht sinnvoll realisiert werden kann, wurde entschieden, die neue Netzersatzanlage in der vorhandenen Technikzentrale im 5. OG aufzustellen.
