Bereitstellung (Kauf) von modernen Trainingsgeräten die per RFID-Steuerung (Chipkar-te/Armband/Sportuhr/Handy) den Trainierenden eindeutig identifizieren, automatisch in die voreingestellte, individuelle Trainingsposition fahren und anhand des in der Software hinterlegten individuellen Trainingsplans eine Trainingssteuerung gewährleisten.

Lots Lot 1 — Digitale Fitnessgeräte für die ORTEMA GmbH: Es müssen die wichtigsten Übungsvarianten mindestens vorhanden sein: o Beinmuskulatur: Ab- und Adduktion, Beinpresse, Beinstrecker und -beuger o Oberkörpermuskulatur: Rudern, Latzug, Brustpresse, Schulterpresse, Bauch und unte-rer Rücken, Rumpfrotator, Butterfly und Butterfly Reverse o Fitnesshub mit integrierter Kamera zur Voreinstellung von Geräten, zusätzlich mit Tests an der Kamera, Kunden können Trainingszustand nach Einloggen ansehen o Geräte - wenn möglich W-LAN - fähig - Bereitstellung der Software in Form einer gehosteten Cloud-Variante, DSGVO-konforme Umsetzung und Speicherung auf einem Server in der EU/EWR - Konfiguration des Systems gemäß den Vorgaben des Auftraggebers und Austausch mit anderen Partnern zur Umsetzung der gewünschten Schnittstellen - Schulung der Mitarbeiter:innen des AG, die mit dem System arbeiten werden - Begleitung der Einführung des Systems für die Nutzenden der ORTEMA GmbH in Form von beispielsweise Schulungen, Informationsmaterialien und ähnlichem - Betrieb, Wartung und Support des Systems nach dem Go-live Die Bereitstellung der Geräte, Schulungen und Aufsetzen der Software sollte möglichst noch im Jahr 2026 erfolgen.
