Die KfW benötigt benötigt fachliche Unterstützung durch einen externen Dienstleister bei der umfassenden Analyse und Bewertung der Marktdatenversorgung, welche fachliche, technische, prozessuale und kommerzielle Aspekte integriert. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Betrachtung der Daten- und Servicequellen einschließlich der jeweiligen Anbieter- und Lizenzstrukturen (z. B. Enterprise- und Individual-Services, Börsen, Broker, Ratingagenturen sowie Informations- und Recherchedienste einschließlich ESG-Daten) sowie die Ableitung konkreter Handlungsansätze zur nachhaltigen Optimierung jährlich wiederkehrender Marktdaten- und Servicelizenzen. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Steigerung der Lizenz-Compliance, der Verbesserung der Nachvollziehbarkeit der Datennutzung und der Erhöhung der Audit-Readiness. Die KfW schätzt das maximale Auftragsvolumen dieser Rahmenvereinbarung auf 2.270 Tage während der Laufzeit des Vertrages.
