Lots Lot 1 — RV Lieferung Wahlkuverts 2027 - 2030: Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages mit max. 3 geeigneten Bietern über den Kauf und die Lieferung von geschätzten 20.000.000 Wahlkuverts in mehreren Abrufen für den Auftraggeber. Der Vertrag beginnt zum 01.01.2027 und endet spätestens am 31.12.2030. Durch den Abschluss des Vertrages mit mehreren Teilnehmern soll eine zuverlässige Versorgung mit den benötigten Kuverts über die Vertragslaufzeit gesichert werden. Der Abruf, im Sinne von Einzelaufträgen erfolgt bedarfsbezogen. Die 3 ausgewählten Bieter müssen während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit zur Durchführung von Einzelaufträgen zur Verfügung stehen. Der Einzelauftrag erfolgt nach dem im Rahmenvertrag festgelegten Bedingungen und insbesondere im Wege eines Miniwettbewerbs zwischen den Rahmenvertragspartnern. Das genaue Prozedere ist in der Anlage Verfahrensleitfaden und in der Leistungsbeschreibung beschrieben.
