Lots Lot 1 — RV LowCode OutSystems: Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Beschaffung von LowCode OutSystems-Lizenzen, Dienstleistungen, Applikationsentwicklung und Schulungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung soll die Beschaffung sämtlicher OutSystems-Produkte und -Versionen über Lizenzmodelle ermöglichen und darüber hinaus Dienstleistungen zur Begleitung der Installation und Einrichtung der Plattform sowie zum Management, zur Entwicklung und Implementierung von Applikationen und Schnittstellen umfassen. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt zunächst zwei Jahre (24 Monate). Der AG kann die Laufzeit zweimal um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr (12 Monate) verlängern; die Gesamtlaufzeit beträgt damit höchstens vier Jahre (48 Monate). Der Vertrag wird mit Zuschlagserteilung geschlossen. Die Laufzeit beginnt mit dem Tag der Zuschlagserteilung.
