Details

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind Fachplanungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung gemäß Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) für die umfassende Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Verwaltungsgebäude II der Stadt Emden. Der Auftrag umfasst sämtliche für die Umsetzung der Gesamtmaßnahme erforderlichen Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Untersuchung und Bewertung des baulichen Bestands, die statische Beurteilung vorhandener Tragkonstruktionen sowie die Entwicklung technisch, wirtschaftlich und denkmalgerecht abgestimmter Sanierungskonzepte. Darüber hinaus sind alle im Rahmen der Planung und Ausführung erforderlichen Nachweise, Berechnungen, Abstimmungen und Beratungsleistungen zu erbringen, die für eine fachgerechte und genehmigungsfähige Umsetzung der Maßnahme notwendig sind.
