Lots Lot 1 — Prüfsachverständiger für die Prüfung von Konstruktions- und Ausführungsplänen sowie baubegleitende Prüfung -ID26190Syn: Prüfung der Ausführungs- und Konstruktionszeichnungen: Prüfung der gesamtstatisch zugehörigen Ausführungs-, Werkstatt, Fertigteil- und Montageunterlagen auf Übereinstimmung mit den geprüften statischen Unterlagen sowie hinsichtlich der konstruktiven Durchbildung, Schnittstellen, relevanter Details, Anschlüsse, Sonderkonstruktionen und maßgebenden Bau- und Montagezustände sowie Planänderungen und Nachträgen. Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse einschließlich erforderliche Prüfvermerke. Festgestellte Abweichungen werden dokumentiert und zur Korrektur veranlasst. Bauüberwachung: Regelmäßige Überwachung der Bauausführung zur Sicherstellung der freigegebenen sowie fach- und plangerechten Umsetzung der gesamtstatisch zugehörigen Ausführungs- und Konstruktionsplanung. Hierzu gehören die Kontrolle der Bauleistungen vor Ort, die Prüfung relevanter Ausführungsdetails sowie nach Erfordernis die Überwachung statisch relevanter Fertigteile inkl. Herstellungs-, Transport-, Hebe- und Montagevorgänge außerhalb der örtlichen Baumaßnahme. Prüfung wesentlicher tragender Bauteile und Verbindungen vor dem Verdecken sowie Bewertung statisch relevanter Änderungen während der Ausführung. Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Mängeln sowie Erstellung des abschließenden Prüfberichts und der erforderlichen Bescheinigungen.
