Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Feuerwehrgerätehaus in Bendestorf - Objektplanungsleistungen: Die Samtgemeinde Jesteburg beabsichtigt den Neubau eines gemeinsamen Feuerwehrgerätehauses für die Ortsfeuerwehren Bendestorf und Harmstorf. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume. Zunächst werden ausschließlich die Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 beauftragt. Eine Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsphasen bleibt ausdrücklich vorbehalten und erfolgt nur durch gesonderten schriftlichen Abruf der Auftraggeberin.
