88239 Wangen, Lindauer Str. 28, WG,AG,Lindauer28,(S),Sanier+Erweiterbau, Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI. Beabsichtigt ist die stufenweise Beauftragung von Fachplanungsleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI. In Verbindung mit diesem Verfahren sollen die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 und 8, sowie besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 3, 5 und 8 vergeben werden. Planung eines Neubaus/Anbaus mit der kompletten elektrotechnischen Installationen für die KG 440, KG450 und KG460. Ertüchtigung des Bestandsgebäudes mit Anpassung für den Zusammenschluss mit dem Neubau. Für die Bauaufgabe ist eine Kostenvorgabe in Höhe von rd. 1.457.500€ ( KG 440 + KG 450 + KG 460) vorgesehen. Die Bauplanung ist ab 11/2026, die Baudurchführung von 09/2028 bis 09/2031 vorgesehen.
